Flexible appointments

Our services are available in a variety of settings, including in-clinic, telehealth and community/home visits

Initial consults

Your first visit with our dietitian will involve a detailed nutrition assessment and gathering information such as your health goals, medical history, social history, and a diet history. This comprehensive assessment helps us understand your unique needs and develop personalised goals and plans to address your nutrition-related concerns.

Review consults

Follow-up sessions are designed to discuss your progress towards your goals and make any necessary adjustments to your plan. These consultations help keep you motivated and provide an opportunity to address any questions you may have between appointments.

Group nutrition education sessions

Tailored group education to meet clients’ goals.

What we Offer

Accessing our services

We require a valid referral before we can schedule any appointments. Once a referral is received, our friendly intake staff will contact you for any additional information and to book your first appointment. Referrals can be via one of the following pathways: Private/Self-referral, NDIS, Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA), Home and Community Care (HACC), and Medicare.

Fees and cost:

Due to our range of services available, My Nutrihealth Tasmania fees can vary depending on your referral pathway.

Offering State Wide Services

Our Head Office is based in Burnie, however our clinicians see clients in the following locations. Telehealth appointments are also available for individuals in remote or rural areas of Tasmania who may have difficulty attending an appointment face to face.
